DELIVERY FEE Please note that a service fee will be added to the order value. Please confirm the service fee at the page where you will select the payment method. The delivery fee value varies due the products, quantities and destination city selected.

We do deliver on Mother's Day, Valentine's Day (February 14th) and on Brazilian Valentine's Day (June 12th), even if it's a Sunday.

On Brazilian Mother's Day (second Sunday of May) and Brazilian Valentine's Day (June 12th), the cut-off date is 12:00PM one day before. Due to the huge number of orders on these dates we can't guarantee delivery time. We will do our best to match your needs but some delays may happen. On such dates please also refer to messages posted on our home page.

Orders will be processed during business hours, wich are from Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM and Saturdays from 8:00AM - 12:00PM. Our offices are closed on Sundays and National Holidays. On December 24 and 31 our office will be open and deliveries can be done till 03:00PM. Our office will be closed and no deliveries can be done on December 25, 26 and 27, 2009, and January 01, 02 and 03, 2010. No deliveries for these days since most flower shops will be closed. Please schedule your delivery for next business day.

We do offer same day delivery for Brazil only, for orders received by 03:00PM Brazil's official time, from Monday through Friday, and received by 11:30AM on Saturdays (except on holidays, please check our web site home page for specific cut-off dates). For other countries please allow at least 48 hours for delivery. Delays may happen.

Orders will be delivered from Monday through Saturday, 8:00AM - 8:00PM. For deliveries on other days or hours please send us and e-mail or call us toll-free at 0800-979-3567 (in Brazil only) or +55.11.3522-5220 (regular business hours) to ask for availability.

We do reserve the right of not sending ofensive, discriminatory, annonimous or threatening messages.

NetFlores.com and/or the flower shop in charge of the delivery may call the sender and/or the recipient prior or after delivery attempt in order to set best delivery time, date or to retrieve information regarding the delivery address.

We will do our best to deliver the flowers and colors at the delivery time you selected, but sometimes the flower shop will not be able to follow those instructions and other flowers or colors will be delivered instead, as well the delivery time may change. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

RETURN POLICY:
1) If your order is en route, has shipped or was delivered, we will be unable to cancel it. Natural Flowers are perishable, have been cut and the arrangement has been built specially to fulfill your order.
2)If you are not completely satisfied with our products and services please contact us in 24 hours and we will place another delivery or will issue you a full refund. Do not open the package. Flower Shop will pick up the original arrangement that shows problems.
3)Please remember that natural flowers are perishable and durability is subject to some conditions such as daily water change, ventilation and to avoid direct sun light.
